I was late-diagnosed as dyslexic, with ADHD traits. For years, I navigated education, work, and leadership without the language or understanding to explain why certain things felt harder, or why my strengths showed up differently.
That diagnosis wasn’t just a label; it was a turning point. It helped me see that what I once thought of as “flaws” were actually part of my unique way of thinking, creating, and leading. It also revealed how much energy I had spent masking, overcompensating, and trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed with difference in mind.
This is why neuro-inclusion matters to me. Because I know the cost of exclusion, burnout, self-doubt, and missed opportunities. And I know the power of inclusion, confidence, creativity, and thriving communities.
My faith and values remind me that every person is worthy of being seen, heard, and celebrated. Neuro-inclusion isn’t just about awareness; it’s about action. It’s about creating spaces where people can show up authentically, without apology, and be valued for the strengths they bring.
That’s the heart of my work: helping individuals embrace their difference, and supporting organisations to build cultures where neurodivergent voices are not just included, but empowered.
At Esther Ruth Consulting, we believe neuro-inclusion isn’t just about awareness, it’s about action. These services are designed to support individuals, families, and organisations in creating spaces where difference is celebrated and everyone can flourish.
